About Us

Stonebridge is a multi-use redevelopment of the former Cloverleaf Mall in Chesterfield County, Virginia, and was named the Best Private/Public Project by Virginia Business. This multi-phase, master planned community is anchored by the first Kroger Marketplace in Virginia, and well-known national retail shops and restaurants. In addition, a 600 unit multi-family apartment complex, Element at Stonebridge, is located adjacent to the center.

The 123,600 square-foot Kroger Marketplace is the region's larget grocery store. Along with a variety of fresh foods, Kroger also boasts a selection of Home Fashion and Decor, Bed and Bath, Kitchen and Small Appliances, Home Office and Toys. Kroger Marketplace will be your one-stop shopping destination for all your family's needs.

The completed Phase I of Stonebridge also includes 4 outparcel shops, including Firestone Complete Car Care Center, Bank of America, Panda Express, and Krispy Kreme Donuts. Additionally, there are 4 small village retail buildings which are well leased to service and restaurant tenants to meet your shopping needs. The stores include Virginia ABC Liquors, Sleepy's, Subway, Qdoba, and Sweet Frog. Stroll through our grounds for a relaxing and fulfilling shopping experience.

Still in the planning phases, Phase II of Stonebridge is proposed to include more retail shops and restaurants. The next phase is projected for 125,000 square feet of retail space in a box retail format.

Stonebridge is owned by S2 Capital Partners, LLC and is managed by Stewart Commercial Management. The project was designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith, engineered by the Timmons Group, and constructed by HOAR Construction.
